Workplace Translation Ltd was formed in Leeds, West Yorkshire in 2005 to provide high quality language and translation services.

We work closely with companies across all industry sectors providing document translation, certified translations, website localisation and media transcription, translation and subtitling services. Our team are experienced individuals, who know that word perfect language translation is essential to your branding and company reputation. They fully understand the translation process and will effectively manage the workflow of your translation project from initial consultation to final completion. Our aim is to achieve accurate and exceptional quality language translation services to clients that are delivered on time at highly competitive rates.

Our philosophy at Workplace Translation Ltd is to fully understand and evaluate the individual needs and requirements for each language translation project before we undertake the work to ensure we continue to meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Paul Gray FMM
Managing Director
With engineering and business qualifications Paul has a wide experience in many different roles and market sectors; from Quality Management in Plastics, Business Project Manager in SIM card manufacture to Managing Director. Following the completion of Fellowship in Manufacturing Management at Cranfield University Paul worked as a Business Consultant before founding Workplace Translation Ltd;

Rachel Brown
Sales Manager
With over 15 years of sales, telesales and telemarketing experience, Rachel has headed up business-to-business campaigns for start-ups, SME's and established organisations throughout her career. Rachel is also a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys collecting vintage furniture and attending motorcycle rallies across the country. She is also the proud owner of a restored 1961 Vespa Sportique.

April Duffield
Marketing Manager
April is an experienced marketing and communications professional, who is responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing strategies within Workplace Translation Ltd.

April has wide ranging strategic experience having worked for a variety of companies, ranging from advertising agencies to manufacturing companies. Her career to date has previously seen her being Product Marketing Manager for a greeting card manufacturer, Marketing Manager for a compatible consumables distributor and Automotive Manufacturing organization.

April holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dining out and reading.

Gosia Tobolska BA (Hons)
Project Manager
With a BA in English Language Teaching, QTS, TEFL certificate. Gosia has a wealth of language skills. Having been with Workplace Translation for over two years, Gosia now uses her project management skills to ensure our clients translations are on time, of the best quality and are carried out in the most efficient manner.

Frances Schofield
Project Manager
With a background in newspaper advertising, Frances has been used to managing client's needs to very tight deadlines and high levels of accuracy. These same skills are proving invaluable to Workplace Translation as our client base expands and we reduce our turnaround times.
