

Workplace Translation Ltd was formed in Leeds, West Yorkshire in 2005 to provide high quality language and translation services.
We work closely with companies across all industry sectors providing document translation, certified translations, website localisation and media transcription, translation and subtitling services. Our team are experienced individuals, who know that word perfect language translation is essential to your branding and company reputation. They fully understand the translation process and will effectively manage the workflow of your translation project from initial consultation to final completion. With engineering and business qualifications Paul has a wide experience in many different roles and market sectors; from Quality Management in Plastics, Business Project Manager in SIM card manufacture to Managing Director. Following the completion of Fellowship in Manufacturing Management at Cranfield University Paul worked as a Business Consultant before founding Workplace Translation Ltd;
Angela Paessler MA
Translation Manager
Angela has been working with us for over three years and has now taken on the role as Translation Manager on a full time basis. A native German speaker with an MA in English and American Studies, Angela has extensive experience as a freelance translator and project manager. Being responsible for the daily running of the company, Angela will deal with your enquiries in perfect English. Angela likes to travel and has been on extensive trips around Europe and Asia as well as New Zealand. Her most ambitious trip was an overland journey to China and the Caucasus.
April Duffield
Marketing Manager
April is an experienced marketing and communications professional, who is responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing strategies within Workplace Translation Ltd.
April has wide ranging strategic experience having worked for a variety of companies, ranging from advertising agencies to manufacturing companies. Her career to date has previously seen her being Product Marketing Manager for a greeting card manufacturer, Marketing Manager for a compatible consumables distributor and Automotive Manufacturing organization.
April holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dining out and reading.
Charlotte KrugerMaite Alvarez-Benito
Project Manager
Maite has been translating for us for over a year; she has now taken the opportunity to come to us as an intern for six months. A native Spanish speaker, she holds a BA in English from the University of Oviedo, Spain. Her course studies included the linguistics, culture, history and literature of the English speaking countries. Having also studied at the University of Aarhus (Denmark) as an exchange student for an acedemic year Maite took the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) at the University of Derby.
Karrie Triano
Sales Manager
Karrie has joined our team to head up our Sales Department - to develop better communications with all of our customers and to continuously improve our customer service. Karrie loves to experience and understand different cultures. She has travelled extensively and has lived abroad in Singapore, Cyprus and twelve years living and working in the USA. She has many years experience in all aspects of Business Management, Sales and Customer Service and has covered many roles including Vice-President of a financial services corporation.
Karrie has also run her own businesses in the USA and UK, including a commercial equipment leasing brokerage, an office services centre and a custom-built furniture and fittings business.
